Feel Good, Age Well Handbook & DVD

Feel Good, Age Well bookThese resources provide information about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle as you age. It discusses the key health conditions you need to be aware of including diabetes, high blood pressure, strokes, heart conditions, kidney health and mental wellbeing. The DVD is translated into Arabic, Chinese, Somali, Swahili and Vietnamese.
