CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Peter Last

 

Peter is a client and outcome focussed leader with over 30 years experience in a broad range of government, acute health care, not-for-profit organisations and aged care services. He has held senior management, Assistant Director and Director roles and has worked as a mediator and as a critical care registered nurse.  Peter has extensive experience in clinical and corporate governance, high level risk management, strategic policy advice and implementation of quality standards and accreditation.

Peter worked as a senior conciliator at the then Health Rights Commission and has held Board Director roles with the Allora Cooperative Hospital in Toowoomba, Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Queensland and QCOSS.  Peter has a Masters in Health Services Management from Griffith University, a Bachelors of Business in Human Resource Management (Distinction) from QUT, a Certificate in Mediation from Bond University Law School, a Certificate in Critical Care and Trauma Nursing from BCIT, Vancouver, Canada and a Registered Nurse Certificate from Princess Alexandra Hospital.

 

EXECUTIVE MANAGER

Trish Golledge

With over 30 years of experience working in the aged, disability and community care sectors, Trish is passionate about working in such a dynamic industry.  She has extensive knowledge and experience in providing service delivery for special needs groups, including people from CALD backgrounds.  Trish has proven success in accreditation processes including recent Home Care Standards for HCPS and CHSP.  Her genuine passion and commitment has seen her attain a variety of leadership roles in both residential and community care. Over her career she has managed a range of multi-disciplinary teams including community care coordinators, nursing, allied health, administration and support staff.  Trish has qualifications in allied health, rehabilitation, occupational health and safety, aged care, management and education and training.

 

General Manager - People and Culture

Karien Kleemann

Karien has worked in Human Resources with a state-wide aged care residential provider for over five years.  Prior to this Karien worked in Human Resources for seven years in the private sector mainly in hospitality and tourism.  Karien’s experience has given her exposure to all facets of Human Resources and Workplace Health & Safety areas and workplace injury management. Karien has a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources.

 

   

General Manager - Finance and Business Operations

Mark Kumarathash

Mark has worked in the finance industry for the last 38 years, and has been involved with not-for-profit, private and publicly owned companies recently mostly across the aged care and community sectors. He has qualifications as a Chartered Management Accountant UK and has CPA Australia qualifications.
