Mark Kumarathash

Mark has established his financial services expertise in the not-for-profit, aged care sector in several senior management positions over the past 12 years. He has successfully established and led teams in numerous well-known aged care organisations. His professional strengths are in the delivery of clear and precise financial reporting data and the design of effective financial management systems. In his 38-year accounting experience Mark has developed a strong command of internal and external audit and financial reporting processes. Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce and is an active member of the Certified Practicing Accountants Australia and Chartered Management Accountant UK.

Employee Relations Manager

Tijana Lalovic

Tijana is a Senior Human Resources professional with almost 20 years combined experience in Australia, the Middle East and Europe.  She holds a Bachelor Degree and a Masters Degree in Human Resources and has proven experience in delivering successful human resources management. Tijana has had the pleasure of working on various large-scale community-based projects and initiatives funded by the European Union, focusing on creating frameworks to motivate employees working in various community support roles.

An experienced Senior Business Partner with strong technical knowledge in Industrial/Employee Relations, Coaching and Guiding Executives and Managers alike on people related matters in a kind, diplomatic and professional manner to deliver people focused solutions aimed at achieving optimum operational goals.  Her broad generalist HR experience along with a considerate and fair approach when interacting with others allows Tijana to easily build trust and respect with employees at all levels of the organisation. In previous roles, Tijana was exposed to complex industrial environments, across a range of industries, both in multinational organisations such as Deloitte as well as in large non-for profit organisations.

Tijana has built a diverse range of skills in various aspects of Conflict Resolution, Coaching, Organisational Design, HR Transformation, Program and Training Design, Employee Management and Integration as well as Policy and Process development.  Focusing on growing her technical HR knowledge along with developing her soft skills in leadership, team work, communication and problem solving has exposed Tijana to many different opportunities throughout her career.

Community Services Manager

Lady Milena Romero Casallas

Milena has been in Australia since 2008. She came to study English after finishing her Bachelor degree in Social Communication and Journalism.

Milena is from Colombia and speaks English and Spanish fluently. This has been a vital skill when working with people and co-workers from different backgrounds because she can more clearly understand the client’s and employees’ needs, and the differences between all cultures.

Milena has worked in the community sector, particularly in Aged Care,  for the last 12 years.

Milena is passionate about all things that involve community development, has the ability to fulfill business objectives from a strategic execution level. Easy going professional, wide team leadership, administration and organisational skills, committed to be community focused and community engaged. Personally, she finds pride in creating positive relationships in any work environment.

She has been working with Diversicare, for the past 10 years in different roles. Milena believes the relationships she has formed and the experience gained in these roles would enhance her ability to perform in the role of Community Services Manager. She is committed to continuing making a significant contribution to the organisation, and to all the staff.
