About 70 staff members ensure excellent service at Berlasco Court.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse on a Full Time / Part Time / Casual basis, to provide clinical supervision and coordination of safe, effective and individualized care to residents and their families.  This role is accountable for managing staff, physical resources and assisting residents to lead an active and meaningful life as independently as possible.  This role requires someone who is able to apply their clinical skills to improve our client’s quality of life, someone who has a high level of drive and is dedicated to making a difference.

Candidates who have worked in the Aged Care industry will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Aged Care Experience nursing experience;
• Registered Nurse – Current unrestricted registration with Australian Health Practitioners;
• Proven prior experience working in line with clinical quality compliance standards;
• Ability to work well in multi-disciplinary team environments;
• High attention to detail;
• A proactive approach to projects and tasks;
• Experience with using Healthcare information systems;
• Current membership of a professional nursing or health related organisation.
