About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team on a Part-Time basis. The Payroll
officer will be responsible for producing the fortnightly payroll accurately and on time for over 250+ employees,
across three different entities within the Aged Care Sector. The Payroll officer will be responsible for
maintaining company payroll records in an accurate and confidential manner.

Candidates who have worked in the Aged Care industry will be highly regarded. As will candidates who have
previous experience with the Care Systems software.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Payroll Officer within the Aged Care Sector
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislative requirements within the Aged Care industry
  • Ability to work well in multi-disciplinary team environments
  • Evidenced experience managing fortnightly pay runs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and confidentiality
