About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration and Rostering Officer on a Part-Time basis, who has the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.  This role requires someone who is self-motivated and has excellent attention to detail.

This role provides general administrative assistant and quality rostering support under the direction of the Facility Manager.  Administrative activities may include but are not limited to; data entry, day to day administrative assistance, correspondence, emails, phone calls and the like.  Candidates who have worked in the Non Profit / Aged Care industry will be highly considered.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Previous experience in Administration and Rostering, with a high level of customer service;
  • Professional telephone manner and ability to manage Rostering within a set budget;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislative requirements within Residential Care;
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Word and Excel;
