Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care is a Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing funded project to equip aged care service providers to deliver culturally appropriate care to older people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and improve cultural communities' access to culturally appropriate care.

HACC Multicultural Advisory Service (MAS) is a joint Commonwealth and State government funded Home and Community Care initiative, auspiced by the Ethnic Communities Council of QLD Ltd and managed by Diversicare. The aim of the project is to improve access to responsive Home and Community Care services by HACC eligible people from culturally diverse communities.

Community Partners Program (CPP) is a Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing funded project. The goal of the project is to improve access to aged care services for older people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
