Diveriscare provides three Direct Client Services

Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) is a Commonwealth funded program which provides services designed to assist clients from culturally and linguistically diverse background to remains in their own homes and is an alternative to Residential Aged Care.

Community Options Program (COPs) is a joint Commonwealth and State Government Home and Community Care (HACC) funded program. Our Community Options service involves the delivery of a range of case managed flexible basic services to meet the needs of individuals from cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CALDB).

Community Visitor Scheme (CVS) is a Commonwealth funded program, established to promote links between people living in residentail aged care facilities and the wider community. The Community Visitor Scheme aims to enrich the quality of life of residents who may be socially isolated or lonely, whether for social or cultural reasons, or due to disability.
