- To strive to acquire resources to implement effective programs and services.
- To ensure resources are adequately targeted to culturally diverse clients.
- To provide quality care for clients receiving a direct service.
- To interact effectively with the service community and assist and support ethnic communities to meet the needs of the Frail Aged, younger disabled and carers to achieve our vision and mission.
- To work towards continuing improvement in managerial efficiency, effectiveness and accountability.
- To develop and implement a high quality communications and promotional program. Diversicare is the new standard in community based, coordinated, in home care for the frail aged and carers.
Previously known as the Home & Community Care Resource Centre, Diversicare has over seventeen years experience in the provision of quality, compassionate, in home care, to people from all backgrounds. With over a hundred staff, (many of whom are multilingual), Diversicare is able to service its clients needs in a culturally appropriate and inclusive manner.
